Born and raised in Raleigh, Ben attended East Carolina University as an undergraduate obtaining bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology and Business Administration.

Following undergrad, Ben moved back to Raleigh and worked as an EMT with Wake County EMS for 4 years before attending the Physician Assistant program at Campbell University. Out of school, he established a strong medical foundation working in the Emergency Department & Urgent Care over the past 4 years.

Ben has a desire to meet patients where they’re at in life and help them achieve the best version of themselves. One of his favorite mantras is “A body in motion stays in motion”- encouraging a strong foundation of physical activity to increase quality of life (mentally, physically and emotionally) as we age.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige + 2 dogs and cat and participating in sports.
